October 2026 - Annual Fisher Gathering

Members from as far as Inverness and Ullapool to Devon and Guernsey gathered in Cheshire for the weekend October 9-11 for the annual Fisher Gathering. There were presentations from Commodore Steve and Barbara White on their Round Britain trip in F34 Wight Mistress and an after dinner talk on the story of Turner's Fighting Temeraire by art historian Diane Ward MA. Plus the AGM in the afternoon to keep your association sweetly on track.

On hauling his flag down after 10 years leading the thriving Scotland and North Region, Rear Commodore Harvey Bernard received a painting of his F34 Phisher, by marine artist and member Tony Osler, to mark Harvey's retirement and our sincere thanks for his service.
