Forest HIlls hotel and Country Club - Frodsham - delightful hilltop town Overton Hill, Frodsham WA6 6HH.
The Laying-Up Dinner is £36 for 3 courses + tea/coffee. A double room in the hotel is £100 on the FOA rate for Bed & Breakfast.
Following the AGM Commodore Steve and Barbara White will recount their round Britain voyage in Wight Mistress -five countries, 140 days and 1580 Nm.
After dinner speaker is art historian Diane Ward with the tale of Turner's Fighting Temeraire - a valiant English warship with a French name that turned the tide of battle and became a symbol of radical change.
Accommodation: has been reserved for us on Friday 9th and Saturday 10th October for the Fisher Owners Association event. The bedrooms will be available to book up until the event or until the allocation runs out, whichever comes first. Bed and Breakfast Rate: £100 Double occupancy room
