A Fisher 30 Northeaster Ketch built in 1974 in good condition

Fisher 30 Northeaster built in 1974 9.14m x 3.15m x 1.5m. We bought Freyja in 2021 but sadly due to health issues we have decided to sell her.
She has been used for 4 months of the year – Launched in May and placed back onto the Hard standing in the Clyde Marina in Ardrossan, Scotland. During our ownership she has been well maintained and updated where necessary. As this decision has just been made I only have limited photos but I am happy to discuss the boat at length.

Machinery :
Ford Mermaid Meteor II 56hp installed 2012, approximately 400 hrs
Side Power bow thruster.
Honda 2.3 hp outboard
Rigging:
Was renewed in 2012 when a new Selden In Mast furling system was installed.
Plastimo headsail furler
The mizzen mast is still original
The headsail, mainsail are in good serviceable order, there are other sails onboard.
2 x Lexmar 40 S/T headsail winches and 1 x Deck winch for mainsail.
