How to Advertise on this site

Advertising on this page is free for all FOA members for Fisher sales only. No other types of vessels will be allowed other than Fishers, Freewards, and Northeasters, or any Fisher-based variant which has been approved beforehand by the Classified manager.
Any adverts that do not meet FOA requirements or breach advertising standards may be removed without notice.

Current FOA member:
1. As a paid-up FOA member, you can advertise for free via your personal account by logging in and going to the for sale page, then clicking the link Add/Manage My Classifieds.
2. There you will find a form to enter your vessel’s details, and you can also add as many photos as you feel necessary.
3. If you have any problems placing an ad or would prefer to have your ad overseen by the Classifieds manager, please email classifieds@fisherowners.org for more details.

Non FOA Members:
1. If you are not an FOA member and you are looking to sell your Fisher, you may become an FOA member by going to www.fisherowners.org and clicking on membership to join. This will allow you to advertise for free from the date of joining until March of the following year, after which time the advert will be withdrawn if your Membership is not renewed when requested.

2. To advertise a Fisher for sale, you must be the owner of the vessel or a close family member of the owner.
3. To advertise without becoming an FOA Full Member. An advert will be set up on your behalf for up to one year from the date of payment, for £90.00 or £60.00 for six months. The advert will be marked as Sold if we are informed of a successful sale, or will be removed from the classifieds page if the advert renewal is not received by the requested date. Yachting Brokers are also welcome to advertise any of the Fisher range. For more details, please email classifieds@fisherownens.org

As an FOA member, should you wish for the advert to remain on the Website in future years, then the respective annual membership fees will need to be paid.
Deceased Members: By way of exception to these rules, the family, executor, or administrator of any paid-up FOA member who dies may advertise the deceased member’s Fisher in the ‘Classified Ads’ free of charge.
 
Email a photo of your boat along with the text you wish to see displayed to classifieds@fisherowners.org
Details should include Name, Type, Year built, Location and Price, plus any other information you want. Links to YouTube videos are allowed, as are links to other websites with photo libraries.
 
If payment is applicable, the advert will be displayed once the website manager receives notification from the Treasurer that the payment has been made. Otherwise, the website manager will endeavour to get the adverts up as quickly as possible.
 
Finally:
Please let us know when you have successfully sold your boat so we can mark it as sold or remove the advert if preferred.
 
Note: All ‘Classified Ads’ are published at the discretion of the Web Team, and can remain posted for as long as the member wishes (provided their Membership remains valid).
