Northeaster 30 – Samantha B

Samantha B was built at Langstone Marine in 1974 and is Hull 30. – British SSR registered and Flag and is currently Onshore at Gdynia, Poland, to be launched in Late April 2023 after winter maintenance.
 
Well maintained year after year with many upgrades by a professional boat-builder, and is in excellent condition, and should not require any non-preferential maintenance for a prospective purchaser.

Samantha b" Has been stored every winter Season ashore for at least the last 13 years, and the hull was surveyed in 2019, showing no signs of Osmosis, and I doubt if there are any current issues with the hull.
 
Hull                : Hull Repainted in 2021 winter, Boarding Ladder and Wind generator assembly added in 2019
 
Rigging         : Ketch Rig 2018 Standing Rigging renewed, sails undamaged but have seen use, new Lewmar winches
Installed in 2021, some spare sails, 2 anchors with a Manual Lewmar winch
 
Propulsion  : BV1505   Beta Marine diesel & Bow thruster, maintained by Marine Engineer, Dual Fuel Filters with Bypass
Installed 2019 – Raymarine Autopilot assembly, Stainless Steel fuel tank        

Electrics         : Starter Battery, 2 large Marine grade Batteries for Cabin, and similar for bow thruster
                        Intelligent charging and battery health indicator. Power from the Engine, the wind Generator, and Solar Panel
         Shore Power Hook-up, 12 & 240 V & installed USB sockets, stereo system
 
Habitation      : Manual pump Toilet assembly, shower, washbasin, hot water system (shore power and engine exhaust
Webasto Heating System, 2 Ring Cooker (electric or bio-ethanol) and Microwave, Kitchen sink,
                         Microwave, Blackout Curtains & hatch Covers, saloon table stow to make a bed or flush to the cabin roof
Navigation (Table 201) TV (mounting installed this winter program). There is no fridge currently fitted.
